Refund policy

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Products can only be exchanged through the BEAUTY BLEND online store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
  • Returns or replacements are not accepted if the customer is dissatisfied with the shade, color, texture, or fragrance of the product.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in good condition.
  • The original invoice is required for exchanges within 14 days of purchase, and products must be in their original packaging.

Refund Policy:

  • Cash refunds are not available.
