Refund policy
Exchange Policy:
- Products can only be exchanged through the BEAUTY BLEND online store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
- Returns or replacements are not accepted if the customer is dissatisfied with the shade, color, texture, or fragrance of the product.
- Products must be unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in good condition.
- The original invoice is required for exchanges within 14 days of purchase, and products must be in their original packaging.
Refund Policy:
- Cash refunds are not available.
